Guided Meditation and Gentle Yoga
Begins Tues. Sept 8 - a total of 8 mornings
This is the perfect way to start your day. We will do 10 minutes of gentle stretches and strengthening and 15 to 20 minutes of guided meditation.

After each session you will find yourself relaxed, energized, focused and grounded, ready for your day.

Each session builds on itself, leaving you more focused and relaxed each time.
Even if you have never done this before, you maybe you have been practicing for years, you will find this half hour class both helpful and inspiring.

Shoshanah's years of teaching Yoga and practicing Hypnotherapy has given her unique and special skills that gently guide you into deep and profound places of healing and serenity.

If your spirit needs healing, if you need to reduce stress and anxiety, if you struggle with depression and negative self-talk, or just want a positive way to start your day, this class is for you.

Starts- Tuesday -Sept. 8
Twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays - for 4 weeks
Time- 9:30 to 10 am (PST)
Cost- sliding scale- $10 to $45 - this is for all 8 sessions
