Yes, Hypnosis Works for Stopping Smoking
Begins: Wed. Sept. 16 - a 5 week class
Hello and congratulate yourself on taking this very important step in your life.
It does not matter how long you have been smoking for, or how much you smoke, there is no better time than now to stop.
Today is the day that your life changes for the better.
As the days and weeks go by you will notice certain changes
* Your cravings will start to leave
* Your sense of smell and taste will improve
* You will have more energy and stamina
* You will have more time in your day
* Your feelings of self worth and self esteem will improve
This 5 week class will be informative, relaxing and energizing.
You will be given a suggestions and tools along with hypnosis to guide you to be a non-smoker.
The gentle hypnosis will help take away cravings, and empower you to choose alternatives to smoking
Each week you will reduce / cut back your smoking
For example...if you smoke a pack a week you will go down to 15 cigarettes for that week. Each week, a little less. This will allow your body to adjust to having less nicotine and chemicals in your body, making it easier to completely stop. Each week you will smoke less and less until you are a permanent non-smoker.
We will be there to support and encourage you the entire five weeks.
